I offer an integrative therapy experience drawing from Psychodynamic, Attachment, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Client-Centered approaches.
My clinical interests include working with individuals with mood or anxiety concerns, trauma related symptoms, life adjustment, stress management, grief, and anger. I have experience with helping couples who are in conflict, and families with parenting concerns or behavioural concerns in children.
I attained my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Manitoba and completed my clinical psychology internship though a consortium of Stony Mountain Institution, Forensic Psychological Services, and the Couples Counselling Project. I am registered as a C. Psych. with the Psychological Association of Manitoba. At Peace of Mind Therapy and Consultation, I provide therapy and assessment services for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
