Dr. Brad Zacharias

I obtained my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Manitoba and offer assessment and treatment of a range of psychological difficulties including Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

In addition, I provide therapy for problems in coping with general stress, chronic pain, return-to-work/school issues, relationship problems, and parenting stress. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

I work to tailor treatment to your needs and personality with the goal of alleviating suffering and increasing well-being in your life. I have significant experience in conducting and interpreting research, which helps to ensure I am using assessment and treatment methods supported by scientific study.

As a clinician, my primary focus is helping you feel better, improve your life, adjust to change and tackle adversity. I draw upon a variety of evidence based treatments in order to tailor my therapeutic approach to meet your unique individual needs: Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Stages of Change, Motivational Interviewing, Exposure of Response Prevention and Mindfulness-based practices.

My clinical interests include helping adults cope with anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, chronic pain, sleep issues, and chronic health adjustment.



I obtained my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Manitoba and completed my clinical psychology internship at the QEII Health Sciences Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

I offer Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, trauma, coping with chronic pain, coping with stress, and other difficulties with thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.

I value a client centred approach, and will work with you to tailor evidence-based treatments to your individual needs. I believe that the environments that we live and work in, and the people we interact with are important influences on our mental health, and will work with you to create health not only in yourself, but also in your life.

Dr. Michael Ichiyama

Dr. Michael Ichiyama

Dr. Ichiyama is a registered clinical psychologist who specializes in treating adults and adolescents who struggle with mood-related disorders (anxiety, depression, traumatic stress). He primarily utilizes cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness strategies in his treatment approach.

Dr. Ichiyama has extensive experience in adult ADHD assessments and has training and experience in the practice of sex therapy. His professional work experiences include being a university professor and a practicing psychologist in private practice, psychiatric hospitals, university counseling centres, public school systems, and community mental health settings.
