In my work with clients, I strive to create a safe and judgment-free environment, in which you would feel understood, supported and comfortable. My therapeutic style is tailored to each client’s unique situation and is based on the integration of several evidence-based treatment approaches.
I provide psychological assessment and treatment for a range of mental health conditions and problems of living, including mood and anxiety disorders, panic attacks, adult ADHD, and sleep problems. I also see clients for difficulties related to stress, chronic pain, grief, adjustment problems, anger, and return to work issues.
I received my Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Manitoba, and since then have practiced in a variety of settings, including a private practice, a physical rehabilitation center, a community counselling clinic, and an Employee Assistance Program. I provide services in English and Russian, and am registered with Psychological Association of Manitoba (#105A).
